90 Day Performance Guarantee - 85% Refund

If within 90 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with the performance of your Bioflow, you may return it to us and we will refund 85% of the price you paid for the product (you will be responsible for the cost of p&p).

If within 90 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with the performance of your Motoflow, Thermoflow or H2Flow, you may return it to us and we will refund 100% of the price you paid for the product  (you will be responsible for the cost of p&p).

Exchange of Size 

If you order a product and upon receipt are not satisfied, you can return it unused and in a re-saleable condition for a full refund or size exchange.  This must be done within 7 days of receipt of order. (You will be responsible for the cost of all p&p).

Faulty parts and workmanship (Subject to normal conditions of use)

Bioflow / Bioguard / Biophone / Vitaflow – If your product becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase we will replace it free of charge if you return it with proof of purchase

Magnetic Properties. (All Magnetic Products)

Ecoflow / Bioflow magnets are guaranteed for a life-time.  If, at any time, you feel that the power of the magnets has lessened, you can return the product to us and we will send it to Ecoflow for testing. If they agree we will send you a like for like replacement free.
